Third Field Event of workers in the Water Supply and Drainage System
The Third Field Event of workers in the Water Supply and Drainage System sector took place in Albena Seaside Resort from 24th to 28th September, 2006.
Over 650 people from 32 water supply companies took part and competed in 7 kinds of sports. The event was opened by Mr. Angel Prestroyski, President of the Employers’ Union to the Water Supply and Drainage System, and a greeting to all participants in the event, on behalf of Mr. Zhelyazko Hristov, President of CITUB, was delivered by Ms. Treperushka Mladenova, President of the National Branch Syndicate “Vodosnabditel” to CITUB.
Led by the Olympic principle “participation is what matters” in the sports competitiveness, at the party following the awarding at the Resort Casino the workers in the Water Supply and Drainage System once again promised one another to meet again on the sports fields next year.
